Payment is considered received once funds have cleared.
4. Scheduling & Availability
Appointment availability is subject to change based on workload, weather, material availability, and other operational factors.
Submitting a scheduling request does not guarantee a confirmed service date until acknowledged by A2Z Gate Co.
5. Cancellations
Service appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
Deposits, once materials are ordered or scheduling is secured, may be non-refundable in accordance with the executed service contract.
6. Warranties
All workmanship warranties, manufacturer warranties, and limitations are governed by the written service contract executed between A2Z Gate Co. and the Client.
Website descriptions do not supersede signed agreements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A2Z Gate Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from services performed.
All service-related liability is governed by the signed project contract.
